Scut Association of Social Services was settled in 2000, starting the activity in 2002, with a Day Center project for people with psychiatrical diagnosis. Also, Scut Association developed an AfterCare Project for youngsters that are coming from the child protection placements.

The Association of Social Services aims to create, develop and promote community services to the needs of marginalized groups or at risk of social marginalization (which impose themselves as models of good practice).
