Mentrum
Mentrum offers care and shelter to persons who suffer from mental and psychiatric disorders. We work for, but especially toghether with our clients in a personal and involved manner, in a professional and effective way. We do that for old and young people and for persons from different cultures.
Besides different kinds of treatment we also offer practical courses in which people learn how to deal with starting mental problems and how to avoid their becoming worse. Central in our approach are the patients’ own strength and possibilities. A person is much more then his problem or disease!
Mentrum is a part of Arkin, a organization for addiction- and mental health care in Amsterdam.
