The Romanian Association of Community Psychiatry (ARPC) is a organization which works on behalf of adults who suffer from severe mental disorders and for their families. The mission of ARPC is to increase the quality of the lives of persons who suffer from severe mental disorders and of their families by offering services of psycho-social rehabilitation and complex programmes of individual and group psychotherapy.

Estuar
The Estuar Foundation was established in 1993 by the Scottish association Penumbra and the Romanian League of Mental Health. The mission of Estuar is to offer social alternatives to adults who suffer of mental health problems so they can reintegrate in the Romanian community.

SCUT, Brasov
Scut Association of Social Services was settled in 2000, starting the activity in 2002, with a Day Center project for people with psychiatrical diagnosis. Also, Scut Association developed an AfterCare Project for youngsters that are coming from the child protection placements.
